Welcome to MARYLIN, located in the very center of Epernay, the Champagne Capital, and a 5-minute walk from the prestigious Avenue de Champagne. The apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city, which once housed the royal stables of Epernay, and was completely renovated in 2022, while retaining the charm of the old (parquet, fireplace). Discover the city center of Epernay by strolling through its alleys filled with historical riches such as Avenue de Champagne. The space Located on the 1 st floor, it enjoys great brightness thanks to its south-facing orientation. The decor is neat and offers all modern comforts. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge with freezer, hood and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a high-speed WIFI connection. Bedroom side: A queen size bed (160 x 200) of good thickness (18 cm) as well as a large closet for your clothes. The bed linen and towels are provided. Sofa bed: Please note that the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people, preferably 1 adult or 2 children. Bathroom: hygiene products are provided (shampoo + shower gel) as well as a hairdryer. There's also a washing machine. All shops and services are nearby. A Carrefour City supermarket is a 1-minute walk away. • FREE PARKING: Possibility to park for free in a public parking lot near the apartment (about 5/6 minutes walk). Other things to note Parking is available near the Marylin, paid, on Rue de la Fauvette (except after 7 p.m. and until 9 a.m. the next day and except Sundays and public holidays) or in the secure, paid underground parking secure paid parking Downtown (located 150 meters away and accessible 24 hours a day). 🔹 Forgotten items – No liability & return procedure Please check the accommodation carefully before you leave. The host is in no way responsible for items forgotten by guests, nor for their safekeeping or return. There is no obligation on the host to return personal belongings. If you forget an item and want it returned to you, this is only possible according to availability and according to the following procedure: • Shipping costs at your expense, • Management fee: €45 (time, travel, packaging, parcel drop-off), • Sending only after written agreement and payment via Airbnb Resolution Center.
