This property located on a couple acres of private land near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. 1 queen bed. Maximum 2 guest, adults only. It's a newly constructed efficiency suite with a full size stove, fridge and comfortaire queen bed. The double french doors open up to a view of the woods where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This property is attached to another efficiency suite, but it separated by an insulated firewall. Concrete floors with Rugs throughout. The space Southern Comfort is a 1 room efficiency with 1 queen bed, located at the back of the building with the deck entrance. It is completely separate from the main house. It sits on a couple acres with beautiful landscape, large pecan and oak trees. This unit is private with a portion of the back firewall shared with another unit, the entrances and outside spaces are on separate sides. We do have outside surveillance cameras. We live next door if you need anything. 1 block away from grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, fast food and convenience stores. Sorry, no pets , no smoking and no unregistered guests, We are not set up for children. Violation of these rules could terminate your stay and you may be subject to an additional fee of $250 or actual costs incurred, whichever is higher. This unit comes with an adjustable firmness queen bed, 55 inch HD tv, large fridge, microwave and stove. Towels, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils and baking dishes, wifi. Parking space for 2 vehicles is marked directly at the Southern Comfort sign. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire unit as well as a 10x24 wooden deck.
