Grenoble: Lovely apartment

Superb 60 m2 apartment, fully equipped. It's worth it because it's located on the 5th floor without elevator access :) Beautiful views await you. The space Bright, dual-aspect apartment, large kitchen open to the dining area (bar table), dining room and living room with fiber internet TV. For sleeping, a large queen size bedroom (160 X 200 cm) and sofa bed for an extra two people. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower with tropical rain shower option :) Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker available. PS: I have not added a cleaning fee, there is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available. If you don't want to do the cleaning, a €50 fee may be charged depending on the time spent. Please let me know ;) Guest access The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station. You will be at the foot of tram A stop "Berriat le magasin", 5 minutes from the center. If you prefer cycling, the center is also 5 minutes away. On foot it will take you about 15 minutes to reach the city center. To park, the street at the foot of the building is paid but free at the back :) Other things to note Sleeping is possible for 4 people knowing that the sofa is not as comfortable as a real bed :)
