Chill with family and friends in this tiny overlooking beach home located in a sleepy town in Lian Batangas. It has all the basic things you need to relax and enjoy away from the busy urban life! Best suited for people who just want to be with nature and the company of great family or friends! It has 2 rooms and 2 plunge pools, 3x3 meters waist deep per pool. good for 10 to 12 pax! 5 mins walk to the public beach. The space The cabanas has alfresco dining, living and kitchen. It has complete basic kitchen utensils, microwave, ref, toaster, rice cooker, dish rack and griller. Guest access The place is fenced and gated so pets can roam around. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool or stay on the beds. Other things to note There is no signal in the place but we have fiber internet. Possible flooding coming from the main road if rain is non-stop. Beach quality may change if weather is raining.
