The coastal walks of Nice are right on your doorstep allowing you to walk and watch the beautiful sunsets all year round. The space The apartment was refurbished in 2018 and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Situated on the 1st floor of the apartment block. The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 1st floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A convivial and well decorated living room: sofa, coffee table, television, dining area with dining table for 4 people. - A fully equipped holiday modern kitchen: refrigerator, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, kitchen utensils. - A comfortable bedroom - A neat bathroom: Italian shower, sink. - Separate toilet - Air conditioning a must in the summer heat - Good high speed Wi-fi - DPE Rated C Guest access Everything you need is within walking distance but if you do have a car there is a 24 hour parking facility at the port area just 5 minutes walk away. I will be there to meet you, give you the keys and guided tour of your apartment and answer any queries you may have. If you need I can give you informative information on what to do and where to go in Nice. Normal Check in is 3pm. Normal Check out 11am. I appreciate your travel plans may not fit to this timeframe so I will do my very best to be flexible and accommodate your arrival and departure times.
