On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment features high ceilings, adding to its spacious feel. Downstairs, you’ll find a large bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a comfortable double bed, arranged according to your preference before your arrival. The bedroom also includes a desk, perfect for work or study. The pillows are made of memory foam. The apartment stays cool in summer and warm in winter, thanks to electric stone heaters. It has plenty of natural light and is located on a quiet street, well-positioned for walking around the city center. Guest access The apartment has independent street access. We’ll be welcome you to explain you how the apartment works and how to move around the city. We will give you fresh towels and linen, soap and shampoo. There is also an iron and a hair dryer. You can choose either a double bed or two single beds. There are no three beds. The late check-in after 10:00 PM has an additional charge of 20 euros, and after midnight, the charge is 30 euros, to be paid upon arrival. Other things to note The apartment is in an excellent location close to everything, many restaurants, bars, supermermarkets and markets around. A nice quite secret place in Madrid center. There are two beds in the bedroom that can be use as a double bed, just ask what you prefer. The check in is from 15hrs and flexible as possible. The check out anytime before 11hrs.
