Cozy family home, designed for summer and mid-season. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk. The garden not overlooked is sheltered from the mistral overlooking the surrounding hills. The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and is well suited for, at your choice: 4 couples (3 double beds and 2 trundle beds), or 3 couples and 3 children, or 2 couples and 4 children. Meals can be taken on the terrace or in the garden. 6 m x 3 m above-ground wooden pool with safety curtain. The space The house is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs. You can eat 8 in the kitchen but above all have all meals on the terrace and enjoy the large 1400 m² wooded garden. Gantry with swings for the kids. Baby equipment available (baby bed, highchair, etc.). Guest access Easy car access, multiple vehicles can be parked on the property. Access by train to Toulon, from Toulon station, regular buses to the center of Le Pradet . From the Pradet, the Oursinières line has a stop very close to the house. Other things to note The house is located on the side of the Collet Redon, opposite the Colle Noire massif, crisscrossed by hiking trails. The beaches of the Oursinières to La Garonne can be reached in less than 15 minutes by a coastal trail within 15 minutes. The nearest one is 7 minutes away (there is a staircase on the course). Several cars can be parked at the property. We draw your attention to the fact that we rent this house in the original spirit of Airbnb: we occupy it most of the year, so it contains our personal belongings and the equipment available is the one we use regularly. We trust the occupants to take care of it, hoping that they feel at home with us. At the time of rental, we of course free up space in each room for the storage of tenants' personal belongings. Regarding linens, we provide bottom sheets, pillow covers, tea towels and a towel per person. You will therefore need to bring your own sheets and extra towels at your convenience as well as beach towels.
