Enjoy the solitude of this totally private self-contained apartment suited for singles and couples. A 5-minute rainforest walk to the centre of the village and 200 metres from the local golf course. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has everything you should need for a very comfortable stay with dedicated under cover parking and access so you won't be getting wet if it is raining. Enjoy watching the butterflies and birds in the garden from the verandah. . The space A fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment separate from the main house. It comes with reverse cycle air conditioning and full laundry facilities. It has its own dedicated undercover car park so there is no getting wet if it rains. There is a nice verandah overlooking the garden complete with a Weber BBQ and a patio heater for cool mornings. It is very private from neighbours. There is a fire pit if you like sitting by a fire. There’s a beautiful Sony Bravia SmartTV and Netflix if you want to chill out and watch some movies. It’s all separate from the house so you can enjoy your privacy. I ensure that when I have guests I am here if needed, however I make a point of giving guests as much privacy as you would like. Guest access When you arrive you drive in past the house to the apartment which is at the rear of the block and away from the street and neighbours. It is very quiet. It’s a short rainforest or street walk or 1-minute drive to the village which has a pub, general store, good coffee shops and a nice park. The Millaa Millaa Falls and waterfall circuit is just a short drive out of town. There are multiple automatic security lights on site and the driveway and unit are well lit so getting home after dark is easy. Other things to note The main bed is king-sized and very comfortable, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. This is not like a motel with tea and coffee bags and a biscuit if you are lucky. There will be a bottle of wine, water, milk, biscuits and a range of tea, coffee or other hot drinks provided. I provide sufficient provisions for a nice bacon and eggs, tomatoes and hash browns breakfast with fresh fruit juice, toast and condiments and a range of breakfast cereals. You are free to cook it how you like on the cooktop or Weber BBQ. Millaa Millaa can be very wet at times. If you get stuck inside or just want to chill, there are books, colouring sets, and games, and for the artist in you, I can provide acrylic painting equipment. There is an acoustic guitar, and I am happy to provide free guitar lessons. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer. I provide umbrellas and ponchos if you need them for local walks. Note: The property is only suitable for one guest vehicle. If guests have more than one vehicle, the 2nd may need to park on the street. The carport is not suitable for vehicles over 2.2 metres. This includes racks and loads. Wifi coverage and internet access are generally ok with a wifi booster in the apartment, but we do have times when the service quality is low. Please note the BnB is non-smoking.
