Guesthouse in Dresden

Charming apartment full of light with fireplace, parking space and many amenities. Located in Dresden's green South the apartment offers enough space for up to 4 adult guests (Basic price for 2 persons/day + 10 €/day per additional person). Historical city center only 10 minutes away by public transport. The apartment stretches over two floors with a hall and the bathroom on the ground floor and living room, sleeping room and kitchen on the upper floor. The space The apartment is fully furnished and big enough to comfortably host families with 2 or 3 kids or a group of up to 4 adults. Parking space in front of the house is included - a 2nd one can be secured upon request. Linens and towels are included in the rent - a change of linens/towels after 7 days is 5€ per person. Firewood for the fireplace can be provided for a small fee. BBQ grill, tables and chairs are available for relaxed backyard/garden hangouts. The cleaning for the apartment is 20€ and included in the price. Guest access As our guest you will have access to our backyard garden area where you can relax, picnic and have the kids run around and play. You can also use 4 of our bikes free of charge for tours through Dresden and the countryside. We have a whole lot of exciting tips for amazing trips around the city. Other things to note Access to the autobahn is very good - within 10 minutes you reach the A17 by car. The beautiful Säschsische Schweiz National Park and Czech Republic's amazing capital Prague can be visited easily for day trips.
