Charming rural cottage with hot tub

Wake up to birdsong, take a morning shower under the open sky and end the evening in a warm hot tub under the starry sky. Our cottage on Bolmsö offers a unique combination of rural charm and modern amenities. The space Stay in a charming 19th-century soldier's cottage – modernized for convenience but preserved in its rural charm. The cottage is peacefully located on a small gravel road with forest and meadow as the nearest neighbor. Here you can relax, listen to the birdsong and enjoy nature right at your doorstep. The house • Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower & washing machine. A sofa bed is available as an extra bed. • Upstairs/loft: bedroom with two single beds (can be put together to double bed), as well as a small playroom for children. For children and families We have filled the house with toys and games for both indoor and outdoor play. And with the forest, meadow and lake nearby, there are natural adventures just around the corner. The patio – our gem At the back there is a large terrace with barbecue grill, garden furniture and a wood-fired hot tub overlooking the meadow and the forest. Here you can take evening baths under the stars – sometimes with moose or foxes visiting in the background. Since 2024, there's also an outdoor shower (May–October) that gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. Nature experiences • Pick blueberries directly on the property. • Walk 500 m to a small beach with a jetty. • Discover Lake Bolmen – Sweden's 10th largest lake with over 300 islands. Here you can swim, paddle, or try your luck at fishing. Our cottage on Bolmsö is a place to breathe out, be together and create memories that remain. Other things to note Cleaning We ask our guests to leave the cottage in the same good condition as upon arrival. This means: • Put things in place. • Empty the dishwasher. • Throwing away garbage. Cleaning materials are easily accessible in the room next to the bedroom on the lower floor. After check-out, our maid will do a review to ensure everything is in order. Bring from home • Bed linens and towels. • Kitchen towel, dishcloth and dishwashing liquid, etc. • Wood for the hot tub and wood-burning stove. Pets Your four-legged friends are of course warmly welcome in the cabin!
