Guest access -The room is available for private use only. -Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise down at night. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided only for the number of guests listed in the reservation. Please contact us in advance if you require additional sets. Please strictly follow the check-in and check-out times. Late check-out will incur an additional ¥2,200 per hour charge. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. No unregistered visitors are permitted. Smoking is allowed only at the designated smoking area on the 1st floor. Smoking inside the room or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The balcony may be dangerous for small children; please do not let them go near it. Only guests who book through Airbnb are allowed to stay. Staying without a confirmed booking is strictly prohibited. Please separate your garbage into burnable, non-burnable, recyclable, and bulky waste. If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance. Do not remove any items or equipment from the room. Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. For long-term stays (1 month or more), a deposit is not required, but guests must sign a Fixed-Term Building Lease Agreement and an Equipment Confirmation Form (regarding repair responsibilities). According to the Japanese Inns and Hotels Act, we are required by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) to report guest information.
