First built in the early 1920's this cottage exudes a lot of the original Lake-House charm and character, while modern fittings and furnishings complete the scene with all the comfort and amenities you would expect. Recently completed Kitchen and bathrooms renovations, along with exterior landscaping, patio and decking, finish the cottage in style. 1 Queen bedroom and full bath on the main floor, 2 queen bedrooms with Jack 'n' Jill full bath on the upper floor. Point Pelee National Park is only a short bike ride away, and your rental comes with a family pass to the Park! Miles of beaches, hiking and biking trails, canoe rentals and the Point itself await you there. As well, the Lake House is only walking distance to several excellent restaurants, bars, championship golf and beautiful Leamington Marina, waterfront park, beach and Amphitheater. Take one of the 6 bikes provided and catch the ferry to Pelee Island for a fun filled day touring the winery, restaurants and beaches there. Spring & Fall Bird season is captured perfectly from here along the main migratory route for hundreds of song birds, water fowl and majestic birds of prey. Plenty of activities for the kids too, only a short stroll to mini-golf, go-carts, water-park, play grounds and more. or Simply relax in sun or shade to the rhythmic pulse of the lake washing against the Armour-stone break wall only a few feet away.
