The Casa de Pedra Condominium is very wooded and quiet, with a beautiful garden and heated pool for guests to use. Strategically located, it lies between the two cities - Gramado and Canela. The apartment is the ideal size for 3 guests. The space THE APARTMENT The apartment is finely furnished with Lustro furniture, arranged as follows: - 1 suite (queen bed) + bathroom with hairdryer. - 1 sofa (drawer with extra mattress). - 1 half-bath. - Gas shower. - Hot and cold air-conditioning (living room and en-suite). - Balcony. - Wi-Fi Internet. - TV (Living Room). - Kitchen with barbecue and equipped with appliances. - Laundry with washing machine and iron. - Private covered garage. *Bring your swimwear and pool robes. Other things to note CAREFULLY READ THE ACCOMMODATION RULES WHEN BOOKING: We provide you with: - 1 bath towel per guest and face towel. - Sheets, comforter and extra blanket. - Bar soap. - Liquid soap. - 1 dish towel. - 1 floor cloth. - Detergent and sponge. Note: there is no room service and change of bed and bath linens (possible to hire separately). *No replacement toilet paper, detergent, and soap. *Bring your own swimwear and pool robes. ABOUT THE CONDOMINIUM Available to guests: - Heated pool (adult and children's) - Tuesday to Sunday. - Hot tub - Tuesday to Sunday. - Chimarródromo with fireplace. - Children's playground. Guests are not allowed to use: gym, ballroom and game room. * CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT * *The key must be picked up at the real estate office (QR code to access the condominium)* * Our check-in is from 3 p.m. (low season) and 4 p.m. (high season) and our check-out is until 11 a.m. We offer flexible check-in/out (subject to availability). CONCIERGE SERVICE Our guest will have a concierge service to assist them in Gramado. We take care of all the details, from grocery shopping at the supermarket for an extra fee. DAILY CLEANING SERVICES We offer daily housekeeping service at an extra cost and with a scheduled time, with two options: 1- Cleaning only: quick cleaning of the apartment in general. Includes tidying up rooms, cleaning bathrooms, removing garbage, washing dishes. 2- Cleaning and preparation of breakfast: in addition to cleaning, our wonderful collaborator prepares the breakfast table at the agreed time. * Towel change is not included in the service, if you choose to change them, we charge an extra fee.
