It was originally built atop the ‘Fernandina’ Wall, dating back from the 14th century, which marked the limit of the old city and served as its protection. In the ground floor there is a wonderful restaurant serving authentic traditional food. The apartment is next to the river, allowing for pleasant walking and cycling along the waterfront, passing some of the city’s highlights like Praça do Comércio, through to the Belem area. Guest access The building door is next to the restaurant "A Muralha", under the porch. The apartment is on the third floor. Other things to note The apartment is located in a commercial area, where you can find basic necessities, pharmacies, gift shops and crafts, small shops and also a supermarket.
