Spacious house with swimming pool in a privileged area in the countryside in absolute tranquility. You'll love the stunning views of the Vercors and the sunset. 15 minutes from Chamrousse ski resort (mountain biking, tree climbing and via ferrata in summer) and 5 minutes from Uriage spa resort. The village (casino, restaurants, pizzeria, outdoor municipal swimming pool and pharmacy) is a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. Several hiking trails start from the house. The space Dauphinoise house (half-round window) restored in 2010. A master suite (ground floor) with bathroom and 160 cm bed. Two bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 140 cm + 2 single beds) with bathroom and adjoining toilet. A bedroom/office connected to the master suite that can accommodate 2 more people (sofa bed) but access will be through the master suite. The house is at an altitude of 800 m, so there is no need for air conditioning in summer, just open the windows. Access to the garage to park a car as well as covered parking. Presence of a cat and chickens that should be fed and cuddled during your stay if possible. Of course, fresh eggs will be for you every day. A private swimming pool is currently under construction and will be open in May 2024.
