This apartment is located on the first floor of our house with a separate entrance, you can park your vehicles (3) in a parking lot located at the back of the house with direct access by stairs to the entrance of the apartment. Close to the train station, all shops and 10 minutes from the city center. Bus stop 5 minutes away. Accommodation with pool to share from June to September (see conditions) The space This accommodation has a large living room area with large screen TV, living room, fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), large balcony at the front. 3 spacious bedrooms, one with 160 bed, dressing room, the other 2 with 140 beds, changing table, possibility of loaning other baby equipment (bathtub, high chair). A bathroom with large shower. Wi-Fi available, games, books... For the summer period (June 15 to September 15 approximately), the house has a 10x5 secure swimming pool (roller shutter), equipped summer kitchen, shower, deckchairs. Pool shared with hosts. Ask us about the terms of use. We are located 5 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from the airport. Bakery right next door so you can enjoy pastries and fresh bread in the mornings! Shops and supermarket 5 minutes away. Rodez city center is 10 minutes away. Possibility to take the city bus near the house. Visit the historic city center, the Cathedral, the Soulages Museum. Numerous shops, restaurants, breweries and bars. Aquatic center, golf and sports course, bowling, equestrian center. We can advise you. Visit the surroundings: the lakes, Aubrac, Belcastel, Conques, Bozouls... 45 minutes from the Millau Viaduct, the Gorges du Tarn.
