Villa Niko is tradition stone building, very nice renovated. House is situated on sea shore , very near the beach and all tourist attractions. House can accommodate 6 persons in 3 rooms and have also one extra folder bed . Advantage of the house is a location, terrace with beautiful sea view , private garden. Parking on request, price 10,00 EUR day EXTRA CHARGES, PAYMENT ONLY ON SPOT: Parking 10,00 EUR day. Residence tax: adult € 2 person/ day , children 12-18 pay 1 EUR The space Villa Niko is a stone house built in Dalmatian style in 1890. It was renovated in 2008 and is under the protection. Like all stone houses have smaller bedrooms, but spacious living room and large terrace. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large living area with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, etc.) Above the living room is a gallery room with double bed. Exit to the terrace and garden is from the living room.
