Have your own privacy at a 2-bdrm & sleep comfortably in your own bed for the same price. Has own parking too The Excelsior is located at the heart of Eastwood City, a few steps away from everything. Restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls to business centers, salons, spas and a vibrant nightlife are all here to your hearts delight. The space The masters bdrm has a Queen size bed, a closet and a full bath w/ hot & cold shower. Contemporary living room w/ 2 Scandinavian design sleeper sofa (a queen & a single). A Samsung 4K 55 inch Smart TV w/ sound bar. Wifi for your internet needs. Large seating space for 6 on a luxurious full size glass dining table. A second full bath in the living room has also hot & cold showers. The kitchen is fully equipped w/ ref, microwave, induction cook tops, cook wares and utensils. Kids would love the bunk bed (full / twin) on the 2nd bdrm. For convenience there's a washing machine on the 2nd room but no electric dryer. Guest access Guest has access to the swimming pool at the 7th floor and gym on the ground floor. Pool access: 3 guests are allowed for free. Prepaid at the admin office on the 3rd floor, during business hours. Pool is open from 10am - 10pm. Has own private covered parking space for free. Just give us a few information so we could get a pass from the admin. Name of driver, make, color and year of the vehicle, and tag number. Other things to note Self-check-in/out for your convenience. No hassle of carrying a key. No more missing keys too. For personal safety we change the code every time a new guest arrives. To give importance to your personal space and privacy we strictly accommodate only 3 guests. Of course, daily visitors are allowed but needs to check at the front desk.
