If you are looking for swanky modern one bedroom tiny apartment in a large bustling complex with a kettle, this is not it. And covered parking is free and secure. Park in the same building and take 10-20 steps to the lift to your floor. Do note that there is a security deposit for this property which is fully refundable. Car access is easy. Covered parking is free. Across the road (still within walking distance) is Subway, bank, convenience store, Tealive and starbucks. There is a Mexican restaurant and a cafe in the building next-door. Rail link MRT Semantan is 500m up the road. There is a 7 eleven at the station. Other things to note Guests on monthly stay will pay for electricity as billed each month (usually about RM50-150 depending on usage). One car park lot is available for free. There is a Cash Security Deposit of 200-500 upon check in to cover any damages and lost keys. This fully refundable. If this is an issue you might want to look at another property. Do note that RM 150 is charged for lost car park access card. Pool is open (check / register at management office for availability on 2nd floor car park). Free Wifi.
