We are located 5 minutes from Thermas dos Laranjais Park and the main avenue, where there are several restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, gas stations, supermarkets and pharmacies, and less than 1 km from the city center. Our gourmet and outdoor area was designed with everyone in mind, in a large and airy space, consisting of a barbecue area, swimming pool and shower. The space New house, fully equipped for your stay, with swimming pool and removable fence for child protection. Gourmet kitchen planned with barbecue, and equipped with cookware and barbecue utensils. Rooms with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Beds with sheets and pillows with pillowcases. Covered garage for two cars, with an electronic gate system, for your safety and convenience. Guest access The whole house Other things to note We do not offer towels and blankets. Pets are not allowed in the pool. On Christmas, New Year's and Carnival holidays, we rent for a minimum of 3 nights.
