Located in the heart of a coconut lane and at 2 minutes’ drive from Srithanu Beach, DRAGONFLY VILLA offers another way to discover Koh Phangan… the luxury of total Privacy in an Exotic Wood vintage Ambiance, with full modern facilities. You will chill on the comfortable sunbeds in the large Patio around the amazing infinity Pool (12m X 3m), listening to the silence of surroundings Nature and looking at the defile of dragonflies flying over the water…. The space Dragonfly Villa welcomes 4 people, in 2 separate personal cosy ensuite bedrooms bungalows, and a large Balinese style wooden common area that gathers a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area. Other things to note When sun comes down, you will enjoy a drink on the water bench, looking at the show of stars in the sky. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but feel free to smoke everywhere outside. We would like to inform you that the Thaï law has adopted a very strict policy concerning drugs. In hold or consume may be severely punished. The police is very active on the island to contain this problem. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. Please be aware that a fee of 1,000 THB will apply for check-ins after 7pm. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
