Elm @ Friesian Valley Cottages

Elm Cottage was once part of an old milking parlour, now converted into a comfortable two bedroomed holiday home that sleeps four, with an open-plan kitchen diner and sitting room, it's an ideal space for relaxing with friends or family. Elm sits in a complex of five cottages around a lovely peaceful courtyard. The space The bright comfortable living area has a lovely coastal feel with a smart TV, DVD player and DAB radio and the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you should need for your stay. Elm can sleep up to four guests, the main bedroom has a standard size double bed and the second bedroom has twin standard single beds. The bathroom has modern fittings with electric heated towel rail and an electric shower in a corner shower cubicle. The front door leads out to the courtyard enclosed by the other cottages where each cottage has its own garden furniture. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and large tumble dryer. Guest access Games room with coin-operated pool table, darts board and selection of books and games (shared with other properties on site). Steps lead up to the car park and a large grassed area ideal for ball games or exercising your dog. There is also an alternative parking area if you are unable to use the steps.
