First floor: Large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 very large, with two double beds) bathroom and small room that gives direct access to the leisure area Second floor: Living room, main entrance, Third Floor: Bedroom without a bathroom for now (you have to use the bathroom in the suite or go down to the first floor) Large suite, queen bed, sofa bed, air-conditioning, whirlpool bathtub! Beautiful backyard and leisure area. The space beautiful house with 300 m2 of built area, very well distributed in a total area of 480m2 of land on a totally residential, quiet, safe street and at the same time a few steps from the city's commercial center. You will have access on foot to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, pet shops, restaurants, shops, all just 4 km from the beach and the center of Saquarema. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire property! Other things to note The house is delivered with all beds lined with bottom sheet, top sheet, blankets and pillowcases; face towels and carpets in bathrooms and dish towels. We do not offer bath towels and bed linens for floor mattresses. The house can accommodate up to 25 people. Airbnb only charges for up to 16 guests!
