A quite comfortable, beautiful family cottage. Located right on the water, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, garage, kitchen, family room/dining room and solarium. Free Parking, Air Conditioning & Wifi. Front lawn with fire pit. Garage with used ping pong table and air hockey table. Inside Entertainment; board games, playstation 2 and 3, CDs and DVDs. Google Home minis. Outside deck, BBQ and more. There are steep steps down to the water, be aware when wet and if you have any mobility issues. Home phone available for use. laundry room. all pots and pans and kitchen utensils are there and available for use. Family friendly cottage, crib and change table, bouncer and basinet available for use. In the winter we do get lots of snow so it is safer to travel up north with a larger vehicle and snow tires. Guest access Everything is accessible except for one of the bunkies that is currently being used for storage and the outdoor outhouse is currently not in use. Other things to note The Cottage is about 45 mins off of the highway, so it is a good idea to be prepared with plenty of gas and groceries before arriving. The property has a backup generator just in case the powers goes out, it will come on automatically keeping the fridge and important lights working.
