A comfy, light & airy 2 bed, well equipped. 2 well behaved dogs allowed (fee of £25) Centrally located converted ciderbarn, with its own entrance. Situated on private lane opposite the village green, 113 steps from the deli, cafe, riverside and woodland walks, village centre & local pub. Mothecombe beach a 10min drive away, Bigbury on Sea beach and Burgh Island 30mins. Private parking space & log burner. The space Pretty, homely, characterful and welcoming our apartment is stylish and simple with high quality bedding & mattresses, plenty of home comforts for winding down and cooking plus fast fibre broadband for home workers.   The living room has a log burner, 40 inch LED smart TV (login to your Netflix, watch Freeview & On Demand) and a sound dock that you can plug into or use with Bluetooth plus a small dining table that seats 4 and two sofas to stretch out on. One sofa is classic and comfy from Laura Ashley and the other is a firm Scandinavian style sofa from John Lewis. 
Our bright & well equipped kitchen is next to the living room and has a Bosch dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave & Rangemaster cooker. 

 Bedroom 1: double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamps and plenty of cupboard space and a writing bureau that can be used as an additional workspace.
 Bedroom 2: double bed, 2 bedside tables and lamp and smaller cupboard with hanging space. 
All bed linen is Egyptian cotton with towels & beach towels supplied. Bathroom is simple, bright with a bath and overhead electric shower.
 There is a small outdoor area by the front door with a patio table and 4 chairs however PLEASE NOTE that whilst this is great for an al fresco cup of coffee or a glass of wine it is not a private outdoor area and not fully enclosed for dogs, as it is located on a patio area on the side of the lane that leads to the apartment and a few more cottages.   Tea, coffee, salt and pepper.

 Small covered porch for leaving your muddy hiking boots and bucket and spades or umbrellas outside. Guest access Entire apartment and patio area are yours for the duration of your stay. Parking is behind the cottage on the far side of the wall in front of Rose Cottage. The Green Deli is almost on the doorstep. Great for breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. You are only a few minutes walk from the village centre with the Coop, Post Office, and Pharmacy on Newton Hill Road. The Dolphin pub is at the bottom of the hill and launching point close by. Other things to note The right hand window in the lounge is low so this is kept locked for the safety of pets and children. Children must be supervised at all times especially on the steps outside as there is a drop. As we have neighbours below guests are requested to be mindful of noise and children running around the apartment. There is a village green opposite. The outside patio space to the front of the property is NOT enclosed so please note dogs need to be taken on a lead across the lane to the village green opposite to do their business and picked up and put in a bin.
