Great location, right in front of Horti Fruti Sítio Verde. Great supermarket. Ideal for guests in courses, congresses, picking up passports, doing specializations, etc. Other things to note The suite is on the roof of a condominium. It is not House. There is no common area or kitchen. But it has everything you need for small meals on the premises. A lot of privacy. Condominium with 24-hour condominium. Very safe place and great location. 10 minutes by Uber to Congonhas Airport. A 20-minute walk you have access to the Ibirapuera Park. The region is truly phenomenal. Location is worth the location. The suite is located in a condominium on the 17th floor, totally private and independent. The condominium is residential so it is very quiet. Keep an eye out for rules such as the law of silence after 22 hours noises are not allowed. With respect to the cleaning of the suite, while the host is staying, the host does not provide cleaning services precisely so as not to disturb the host or take away their privacy in the period of stay whether they are short or long term. The cleaning and sanitizing service is done right after the check-out of each host.
