This is a small, but well appointed and extremely well located studio. Great for one or two people. The building is eco-friendly, the neighborhood is beautiful. Restaurants, shops, museums, parks, waterways, and EVMS at a stones throw away. The space It's green! The building was rehabbed using repurposed materials, Bio friendly paint, energy efficient appliances, and uses a rainwater collection system for the landscaping! Guest access Well obviously everything in the apartment. As well as a nice outside area (pictured in ad). There is also a little nook under the stairs to store a bike if you have one and a street permit in the unit. There are pay waster/dryers in the door at the end of the building. Your building door key will open that door as well. Also help yourself to the board games in the 2nd floor hall. Just don't lose the pieces and put them back as you found them.
