The new designer areas of Woodstocka nd Salt River are within walking distance and University of Cape Town main Campus is 3 minutes drive away. Also central to all beaches, the Winelands and the V & A Waterfront. Guest access There is a roof top swimming pool, gym and braai (barbeque) area - just one floor above this apartment. One designated parking bay as well as secure visitors bays. A communal laundrette is on the premises. Safe reception area with 24 hour helpful guards on duty. Other things to note Our apartment overlooks a beautiful historic cemetery across the road — a peaceful, green landmark that adds to the charm and character of Observatory. It’s quiet, unobtrusive, and part of the area’s heritage, but we like guests to be aware before booking.
