The space Our 32 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a residential building in the heart of the resort, in the Bergers district, less than 50 metres from the ski lifts. Apartment completely renovated in 2023, with a view of the resort, consisting of: - an entrance hall with coat hooks - a bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed, 140 cm at the bottom and 90 cm at the top (for children) - a bathroom with a large shower and hotel-style bathroom furniture. - a separate toilet - a spacious living room with French windows, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV that can be watched from the lounge or kitchen area. This living room is a real plus, offering a real family relaxation space! - a fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room. The apartment is located in the Bergers district, at the foot of the Bergers ski slope: ESF meeting point and children's chalet for the little ones. It is 100 metres from the Bergers Shopping Centre, making it a lively area close to all amenities: supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, bars, ski hire and sports shops, ESF office, ski passes, banks, doctor's office, pharmacy. The residence is also located next to the 4 Seasons toboggan run and a children's playground, to the delight of the whole family. Ice car track, tennis, mini golf, skatepark 150 m behind the residence. The Palais des Sports and its many activities are also less than a 10-minute walk from the residence. This area is served by free shuttles, allowing you to get around the entire resort without having to touch your holiday vehicle! The layout and the large space of the accommodation really ensure everyone's privacy, as well as the many sleeping options. Finally, the ample storage space will allow 4 people to be comfortably accommodated. Guest access Access via Bourg d'Oisans, head towards Les Bergers in the ascent of the resort after the chaining area. Access to the entire property, balcony & ski locker included. Other things to note Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels). Just remember to bring a pool towel :) No smoking in the apartment, please go to the balcony outside. Pets not allowed.
