Our home is located in a quiet Boalsburg neighborhood 10 minutes from campus. 3 bedrooms upstairs plus a finished basement with a daybed and trundle. The space- Enjoy over 2100 square feet of house with all the comforts of home. Large backyard has plenty of room for your favorite tailgate games! Large kitchen and outdoor grill will allow you to cook your family and friends a feast! The space We purchased this home in 2017 and renovated every space to meet our needs. The living area is an open floor plan with a 50 inch TV. The basement is light and airy with a table to play games and a nice entertainment space. The walk out basement opens up to the backyard and the garage. The backyard has plenty of space for lawn games, which you are free to borrow. We also have an outdoor fireplace and BBQ grill for your use. Guest access You will have complete access to the home. Some of the closets and cabinets in the house may be locked and contain personal possessions. Please do not attempt to open any locked compartments of the house. The garage refrigerator is off limits, as we move our food to that refrigerator during your stay. Other things to note We ask that our guests agree to rental rules, which we will send upon request before booking or automatically after booking is complete.
