Centrally located to outdoor activities: Appalachian Trail, Mendota Trail, Creeper Trail for bicycling, lakes & rivers for boating, canoeing, kayaking and great fishing. Special events: Bristol Rhythm & Roots, Jonesborough International Storytelling, Bristol Motor Speedway races and Bristol Thunder Country Music festival. Cultural: Birthplace of Country Music Museum, theaters, art galleries & antiques galore. Summer outdoor concerts. Restaurant & boat launch to Boone Lake next door. The space My apartment is centrally located between the "Tri-Cities” which include Johnson City, Bristol and Kingsport. Travel nurses, construction contractors and people relocating to the area have taken the advantage of my monthly and weekly discounts. Guest access Guests will have private entrance to a spacious apartment with a small patio at the entrance where they can sit. There is a boat launch and family restaurant next door that overlooks Boone Lake. Other things to note There is a weekly and monthly discount. Also, stays longer than thirty days are negotiable. For reservations greater than 21 days, I reserve the right to view the apartment 2-3 days before departure to assess and charge accordingly for a cleaning fee or damages. Fortunately, I have not needed to apply this stipulation and it is my hope there is never a first time.
