Cozy lake cottage with sauna.

Welcome to our cozy cottage located right by one of Kolmården's nice lakes. Here you can enjoy walks in the forest or take a swim in the lake, and then end the evening in our wood-fired sauna. Right next to the cottage, there is a child-friendly swimming area. The cottage is close to nice bike and hiking trails. Within walking distance is Oskarshälls cafe where you can enjoy a good coffee or a bite to eat. If you are looking forward to a day at Kolmården's zoo, you can get there by car in about 10 minutes. The space The cottage is about 30 sqm and consists of a small hallway with the possibility of hanging up outerwear. A small bedroom with bunk bed (NOTE! Not full length on the beds. Length; approx. 180 cm) and a living room together with kitchenette and dining area. In the living room there is a sofa bed. (140 wide, full length) Toilet and shower are in the sauna house located right next to the cottage. Guest access The cottage is located on our property but a bit away from our house so it is on its own. You have access to the cottage as well as the sauna and bathroom. The dock below the cottage is our private dock and is used by us but may be used by our guests according to agreement, we will check during the stay. Swimming area with free access is about 50 meters from the cabin. If you are interested, you can borrow a rowboat for a trip on the lake or if you want to fish. Our guests can fish in the lake. (Own fishing equipment is required) Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included, covers and pillows are available and included. Under no circumstances may duvets and pillows be used without bed linen (duvet covers & pillowcases) Bed linen & towels are available to rent for SEK 100/person Final cleaning is not included, cleaning equipment is available. Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 350 A basket of wood for the sauna is included, if you want more, you can buy it for SEK 60/basket
