Spectacular English country home in Hampshire

Our elegant, luxurious & comfortable home is set in lovely gardens with a pool, tennis court, football pitch & views over woodland, just 2 mins from one of Hampshire's prettiest villages, Odiham. The house is spacious and perfect for entertaining, with 6 double bedrooms (and space for some camp beds), & 4 reception areas. The kitchen is equipped with an aga, oven with adjoining conservatory. Classically elegant & English but comfortable and welcoming, just 40 mins from LHR & 1hr from London. The space On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, with an aga (turned off in the summer) and large smeg electric oven with 5 gas hobs, plus adjoining conservatory with wood burning stove. Here we have a kitchen table, easily sitting 10, plus a circular table in the conservatory that can seat 6. Outside, a patio with an XL Big Green Egg and gas BBQ, plus fire pit. We have a generous hall, and downstairs cloakroom with loo, along with a dining room with an antique dining table and seating for 12 - 16. French windows lead out to the front terrace which is lovely in good weather. Connecting to the dining room is our drawing room, with fireplace and generous seating as well as an electric piano you are welcome to use. In all, a great entertaining space. On the other side of the hall is the morning room, with a large screen TV for good cinema nights! On the first floor you will find two super king bedrooms, one with large ensuite, and the other with washbasin (this room can share either of the other two bathrooms on this floor). Down the hall is another king size double with ensuite. On the second floor are three further bedrooms, each sleeping two people in generous singles pushed together as super kings, but made up as singles, each with its own bathroom. Outside you have huge amounts of space, a tennis court, swimming pool (only open in the summer), and access to a football type area, as well as plenty of garden and ample parking.
