This area is the old Jewish Quarters also known as little America resonates with the memory of its most famous dwellers Jonathon Swift (Gullivers Travels)Henry Joy McCracken and Wolfe Tone. Ulster University in walking distance. Nature Reserve across the road, Cave Hill Country Park top of the road. Many eateries, take away's and shops nearby. Constant bus's to City+Titanic. The space Warm cosy quiet room overlooking back garden. Work desk and chair provided but Dining room also available re work. Narnia styled room with tea and coffee station. Wardrobe, chest of drawers. Surrounded by Nature Reserve, Country park, Alaxander park all with childrens play parks. . Bathroom on same floor. one flight of stairs which may creek a little as house is an old Edwardian house built in 1910. DOGS CRATE trained, (CRATE NOT PROVIDED) house trained, small dogs considered on a case by case basis. Not allowed upstairs or on chairs. From NARNIA room owners will hear if their dog downstairs needs them during the night, for people staying more than 2 nights. BUSES: every 10 minutes from top of road and more buses at bottom of road for City Centre taking approx 15 minutes or 30 minute walk. Guest access Apart from bedroom guests can use the dining room where breakfast is served each morning. Guests also have access to main kitchen courtyard and garden if staying more than one week. During your stay I will be available as much or as little as guests wish either in person or by phone. Other things to note PETS: Crate trained small dogs who are fully house trained allowed on a case by case basis but not allowed upstairs or on chairs. Crate not supplied and nightly fee. BOOK There is a book in the bedroom with details of how the house works and WiFi details. RULES: There are a few rules listed mainly that 1: my dogs are never let out the front door, 2: dogs not allowed upstairs, 3: no strangers to be brought to the house DAY or NIGHT. 4: No baths in the middle of the night as this could keep other guests awake.
