Guest access - Gym & Swimming Pool: Located on the 6th floor, open 7 AM - 9 PM, charged at RM20 per person. Proper swimming attire is required for pool access. - Convenience stores (7-Eleven), restaurants, and cafes are located in the building downstairs, right beside the lobby - Parking: We don’t offer parking. Visitor parking is available at the basement level (1-10), park in non-reserved spots, RM22.50/ Max per day. Other things to note Check-in & Check-out: - Check-in: From 3 PM. Early check-in subject to availability (RM30/hour). - Check-out: By 12 PM. Late check-out subject to availability (RM30/hour). - Self-check-in: Collect your key card conveniently from the mailbox. - Luggage storage: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. House Rules - No smoking or vaping inside the unit (RM300 penalty applies). - Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. - No loud parties or group gatherings. Damages & Fees - Lost key or access card: RM200. - Heavily soiled bedding: RM100 per piece. - Extra cleaning fee for excessive mess: RM150.
