The space: The Royal Villas: The Ultimate in Luxury and Exclusivity with a Modern Flair! The Royal Villas are the ultimate in luxury and exclusivity with a modern flair! Each Villa is an estate home with relaxing bedrooms, offering you a unique and exclusive vacation experience. A 3 Bedroom Royal Villa rents for $260 USD/night for up to 6 people! The all-inclusive fee covers your airport shuttles, breakfast cooked daily in the villa, daily housekeeping, and all of your meals and drinks (alcohol included) throughout the resort. Due to Covid-19 and restricted capacity, the resort also charges a daily resort fee of $30 USD per person per night. The Villas are classical Spanish Mediterranean-style architecture with a modern flair. All have a private swimming pool, shaded terrace, veranda, kitchen, and living room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath. The villas have air conditioning, overhead fans, and cable television. They are cleaned every day for you. The Royal Villas are part of the all-inclusive Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort. Through our VIP membership, you have access to all the facilities of the Resort. A personal maid and an exclusive menu in each of the 7 resort restaurants complete these perfect accommodations. We love the accommodations and service at the Lifestyle Resort! We will forward the confirmation to you. I will also pass along some helpful information for your stay at the Lifestyle resort. About the All-Inclusive: This is an all-inclusive resort. Our listed price is for lodging and amenities only. The all-inclusive fee for unlimited food and drinks must be paid to the resort upon arrival. The fee is $95 (low season) and $110 (high season) per adult, per night (children 3-11 are 50%). There is also a resort fee of $30 per person per night for our guests. Other things to note Villas are very popular! They need to be booked 3-6 months in advance. Christmas and New Year’s bookings should be made 1 year in advance. The booking process in a few easy steps: 1) Message me about your request and travel dates. 2) I immediately check availability with the resort (I will have an answer for you within 24 hours of receiving your request). 3) I will message you to confirm availability. If I can't get you a villa for your dates, I will offer alternative accommodations and/or ask if your dates are flexible. 4) Once availability is confirmed, you pay your rental fee for the VILLA ONLY. 5) I will send you a confirmation number for your reservation. 6) You send me your flight information. 7) I arrange for the resort shuttle to meet you at the airport if you are flying into POP. 8) You check-in and pay your all-inclusive fees to the resort. 9) Guest services take you to your villa and set up your dinner reservations. 10) You have an AMAZING VACATION!
