2-bedroom apartment with balcony, fully equipped and very comfortable, located between the two best urban beaches in Maceió: Ponta Verde and Pajussara. In an excellent location, guests can walk to the beaches, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and enjoy Maceió's nightlife. As it is a family apartment, everything was decorated and planned with great care. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES CAN BE NEGOTIATED. The space The building has a 24-hour doorman. The apartment has two bedrooms, the double suite is equipped with air conditioning and another bedroom with two single beds also has air conditioning, the living room has a ceiling fan. We provide a mattress for a fifth person and there is a very nice balcony with a hammock. The kitchen is complete, equipped with microwave, oven, freezer and utensils. There is also a laundry area, with a washing machine, clothesline and sink. Guest access The only room in the apartment that is closed to guests is a service's room in the laundry area.
