This is a small carriage house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries, member-supported historic movie theater. Three blocks to bus direct to downtown. Use hot tub, grill, and garden. No pets The space Bright and colorful bedroom with shower bath is in a detached building above garage with a separate entrance. Full size (double) Tempur-Pedic bed. Newly constructed as a guest room for visiting children in 2014; not a conversion or remodel. E There is no kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker (with coffee supplied). Guests are welcome to use the propane grill in the yard. Local TV (HD antenna), HDMI connector, and WiFi Internet. Free 240 volt Level 2 EV charging available on request. Please request when booking is finalized. Secure ski and bike storage on request. Guest access Guests have (non-exclusive but private) use of hot tub, garden, grill, and outdoor eating space. Other things to note After your reservation is confirmed we will send you the address for your GPS and an entry code, which will normally be the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you are arriving via public transit, please let us know so that we can give you directions and possibly, if our schedules allow, pick you up. Note that your quarters are accessed from the cross-street (NE Siskiyou) and not from the front of the residence (NE 54th). If you arrive after dark, we will ordinarily have left some yard lights on for you. In addition, on the wall near the door to the garage (inside the gate) is a metal light switch which controls the light over the door to your quarters.
