Surrounded by golf courses and beaches. The apartment is distributed on a single floor with 180 m², south-facing, with a private saltwater pool of 2.5x7 m with counter-current system and fenced garden. The private pool is also heatable, at an additional cost of €20 per night to maintain it at a temperature of 30°, and also features a safety fence for the protection of children and pets. The master bedroom is en suite and has been furnished with a 180x200 Boxspring double bed, it also has a dressing room with safe; the bathroom has a rain shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and double washbasin. The second bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be joined or separated (90x200 each). The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a 180x200 double bed. Additionally it benefits from an office room with 2 workstations and a large sofa. The whole house has hot and cold air-conditioning and 600 mb fibre optic. All our guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels and for a small extra charge beach towels are available. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. From the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea sipping a cup of tea and relaxing in the chill out area and from the dining area with the outdoor table and chairs you can have great dinners with your family and friends. And finally, the garden with sunbeds where you can soak up the Costa del Sol sun for more than 320 days a year. The urbanisation has a padel court, beautiful mature gardens, a children's pool and two adult swimming pools (open from 08:00 to 22:00 throughout the year, subject to variation of availability). The urbanisation is totally enclosed and has surveillance cameras. Guest access The guest has access to a heatable private pool. NOTICE: heating the pool to 30° has an extra cost of €20 per day; to maintain the temperature, the guest must cover the pool when not in use. The guest has access to the pools from 8:00 to 22:00 throughout the year, subject to availability changes. The guest has access to the paddle tennis court; hours may vary according to community regulations. Charging electric cars or any electric device is not allowed in the communal areas. Other things to note The private pool can be heated to 30° at an additional cost of €20 per day. NOTICE: to maintain the temperature, the guest must cover the pool when not in use.
