The space On the ground floor, access through the veranda to the open kitchen to the living room and also to the outdoor terrace as well as to the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is open to the living room with high-end equipment (steam oven, microwave, induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, connected Thermomix available, Kitchen Aid, espresso machine...) The terrace, accessed from the kitchen, is shaded and has a gas plancha as well as a charcoal barbecue, and a large table for dining. The pool of good length (11 m long by 5 m wide) is saltwater and offers the advantage of non-aggressive water. Two large parasols provide protection during the hot hours of the day. Two sun loungers and 3 deckchairs are available. At the bottom of the garden you can access the vegetable garden and the chicken coop. Eggs and vegetables are available if the season permits. Guest access The house is ideally located, with private covered parking and access to the bike path 50 m away, and an electric vehicle charging station 200 m away. You are a 5-minute drive from the shops of downtown Privas and the first supermarket. Other things to note The staircase that goes upstairs is open and requires special attention if there are young children. The cat of the house is independent, very nice and sweet and does not enter the accommodation (cat flap in veranda only). 3 pretty chickens live at the bottom of the garden and will give you several eggs per day in exchange for a little grain and your leftovers... (they are not free range).
