Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Malang is a beautiful 110 square meter apartment with a sprawling terrace located in Barcelona’s trendy Gràcia neighborhood. The outdoor terrace, outfitted with its vibrant plant and hanging hammock, is made to transport guests to the beaches of Indonesia. Upon walking into the entrance, there is a first ensuite bedroom on the left. The bedroom has a unique art piece contrasting the exposed brick wall behind the queen-sized bed. There is a walk-in closet area leading to the ensuite bathroom which has a full shower. Back past the entrance, there is an office area with a custom-made desk which can seat two people. The second bathroom has a full shower. The kitchen is open and modern. It is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The second bedroom with queen-sized bed has unique bedside lamps and ample storage space. Past the kitchen, there is a living room composed of a lounge area and dining area. Notice the unique hanging chair adding an element of fun to the space. The 30 square meter terrace has an outdoor dining and lounge area. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
