The outdoor area offers a kitchen island, a refreshing swimming pool and an array of lounging options – from recliners to hammocks. An outdoor shower and bathroom add to the convenience. You can also find an array of recreational items including pool towels, boogie board, and beach chairs. On the first floor, discover a master suite featuring a king-size bed, AC, a full bathroom, a cozy couch, and a functional desk. Adjacent to this retreat is a spacious room, adorned with two full-size bunk beds (four full-size beds in total), AC, dressers and access to the master bedroom's bathroom. The room is also equipped with a laundry area. The garage is designated for storage purposes only and is not available for guest access. Ascend to the second floor, where a newly renovated kitchen and living room await. This space is adorned with three bedrooms and a magnificent balcony offering a panoramic view of the pool. The balcony, complete with a lounge area, and inviting hammocks, is the perfect spot for breakfasts with a view and evening sunsets. The five-star kitchen, with its island and dining table, is stocked with essential amenities, ensuring you feel at home in this tropical retreat. The comfortable living room features a Roku TV, board games, local area information, and reliable Wifi. The first bedroom, a queen-size master suite, boasts a full-size bathroom, AC, built-ins, a full-size mirror, and convenient accessories. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, AC, a full-size mirror, and a full-size bathroom just across the hall. The third room offers twin beds, AC, built-in storage, and a night table with a light. Each space is meticulously designed for comfort and style, making your stay a true tropical getaway. Children and infants are more than welcome, but each one must be specified on your reservation. 3. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. 4. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please be considerate as our staff needs to clean the unit for the next guests, everyone wants to arrive to find a clean house. 5. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED & NO KARAOKE OR LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. 6. Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation. 7. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. Illegal activities or drugs of any kind are not allowed on this property. 8. Guest will be charged the total cost to replace any missing or damaged items during their reservation. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS. 9. Guest agrees to know and pay the following fees if any rules are broken: a. Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the house smoking b. Lost Keys: $150 to replace keys and locks due to lost keys c. Pet Rules: $500 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if any unapproved Pets are brought onto the Property 10. You ensure you have a crime-free record and won't carry any weapons to the property. 11. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. 12. Any violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund 13. You agree to be booking in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the House Rules occurs. 14. If any violation of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs. 15. Swimming Pool Rules: a. No Running b. No Diving c. No Glass d. No Food or Drinks e. Anyone underage must be accompanied by an adult f. NO YELLING OR LOUD TALK THAT MAY DISTURB ANY NEIGHBORS 16. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash down the toilet. 17. Please wash any used dishes, pots, or pans. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Casa Naniki is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
