The 20 mile Green Way is just across the street with shaded walking/biking trails that wind the Savannah River. This cottage makes a great home away from home for professionals and vacationers as it is located near the University's, Medical District, Fort Gordon, and many locations within the Augusta area. The space The cottage is a single family home. The interior offers a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, two bedrooms, and, a bath. It offers a private backyard, but it is not fully fenced in. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and, entertainment opportunities in the area including a few within walking distance. The greenway walking and biking trail is across the street. Guest access The entire cottage is your to enjoy. There is "low covered parking" for two cars behind the house. Beware..the driveway is a little bit skinny and on a hill...so be cautious. Other things to note The renter must be over 25 years old. Minors must be accompanied by parents. Please note: Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis for an additional charge.
