It comes with a spacious living area with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen,& large side yard. Only a 5 minute walk to the CTA BlueLine & Metra trains that can quickly get you downtown & to or from O'Hare airport. Our home offers you a comfortable and relaxing stay in one of Chicago’s safest areas with excellent restaurants & parks within walking distance. The space -Three private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and memory foam mattress. -Two full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the main bedroom. -Free fast wifi (~100-300 Mbps), two 55-inch smart TVs with Roku & Netflix. -Central Air Conditioning & Heating -Free permit parking on the street. Use of parking pass stickers is required and we provide these stickers to you at no cost. -5 minute walk to public transit: CTA Jefferson Park Blue Line train station or Metra UP-NW train station for easy downtown & airport access. The Jefferson Park Blue Line stop is only 4 stops away from O'Hare. -Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, parks, grocery and convenience stores. -Full kitchen with coffeemaker, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, some basic cooking essentials are included, as well as a dishwasher. The space is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. Please note that 2 of the 3 bedrooms are small, but still hold a queen size bed and closet storage. Guest access -This is a private apartment on the first floor of a two-unit building. It is not ground level, you need to walk up 9 steps to get to the front door. It is not wheelchair or ADA accessible. -Entry is via keypad lock through front door and then through private apartment entry door. -Check-in instructions and lock-codes will be provided 24-48 hours before arrival. Other things to note -We do not offer a washer or dryer, however, if you need to do laundry, there is a laundromat a half mile away that offers drop-off for wash & fold, or machines for you to do it yourself. -Aside from ROKU streaming, only basic TV channels are provided and only accessible in the living room TV. -Guests should be mindful of walking hard or running in the unit to avoid disturbing other residents in the building during quiet hours. -This is not a corporate-owned/operated AirBnb apartment.
