You’ll find this quiet, cosy, little garden cottage at the end of a locked, private lane, in the heart of Muizenberg’s historical village. It’s a short walk (6 min) to Surfer’s Corner - the bustling beachfront where you can surf or have surfing lessons and enjoy one of a number of excellent restaurants; And, literally just down our road, you’ll find Joon our favourite restaurant and coffee shop, and quirky stores. We welcome digital nomads. Fast uninterrupted wi-fi. The space The cottage is a private annex to our house, and has its own courtyard & entrance. It has one bedroom, and there’s the option of an additional single bed in the separate lounge and living area. A well-appointed bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities are simple but adequate; plus, there’s the option of an outside BBQ or braai. The private, sunny courtyard has an outside shower (with hot water), tree, plants & pond; plus, there’s a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Be sure to keep an eye out for visiting sunbirds! Guest access The cottage is accessed via a private, locked pedestrian lane which runs between our house and our neighbours. Unfortunately, this access is not wheelchair friendly. Other things to note There is no off-street parking, but guests are often able to find parking on the street directly outside our house.
