We just completed a full cottage makeover on October 20, 2025, In an elegant Manali neighborhood, 5 mins walk to Mall Road, is placed this exclusive hill cottage with fascinating interiors and stupendous views of Manali hills. A typical hill cottage is the epitome of luxurious living with style decor. A trained cook and caretaker are on-site for your assistance. Stay at our heritage 2BHK with a wooden fireplace and an open area to walk and feel lively. The space Leela huts is a well-maintained property within the premises. The room is fully carpeted and with wooden flooring. your safety is our priority. Our staff will follow the necessary with mutual co-operation from guests and host along with our team of staff, we can ensure everyone safety. We have an open cafe/ dining space on the premises itself for the guests. We have a basketball court, badminton court, tennis court inside the property. It is surrounded by a big apple orchard across 3 acres and once you are on the premises, all you will hear are birds chirping, and all you can see snow-capped mountains. No traffic is visible once you are inside the property. Guest access Guest have access to premises to roam around leisurely and click pictures. Guest can use our playgrounds, dining area, and common area and can walk around the lawn area. Guest can part their vehicles in Leela huts parking. Other things to note For extra bed - extra mattress could be made available for an extra person on chargeable basis. Though you have access to the orchid for a walk or photography, it is private property so do not pluck flowers or apples from an orchid. We have a solar geyser for these rooms. In case of bad weather, we installed geysers as well. We require the original ID of all the guests after your arrival. If guests want to bring any visitors, please discuss and inform us in advance. Also, their ID will be required. PARKING - We have a parking area where guest can park their vehicles. Bonfire can be arranged as per availability and it is chargeable and for that, guests will require to inform in advance. We provide 'Room Heaters' on request for guest comfort. It is chargeable and will be billed which guests will need to pay on their checkout.
