Living room, dining room and kitchen, with sound amplifier with smartphone and speaker input, 2 duplex refrigerators, 1 freezer, 6-burner industrial stove, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, barbecue grill, wood-burning oven, garden with hammock and table with 6 chairs and stools, balcony, pantry and other kitchen utensils. 100m2 ANNEX with balcony connecting to the main house, with TV room with SKY, Wi-Fi, 2 sofas, coffee table with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and sink. Laundry with washer, dryer, 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Parking for 6 vehicles. Large garden with beach tennis court and space for a bonfire on the sand. We allow pets. No parties or events allowed. We do not have nautical equipment. Other things to note Electric car charger available for a fee. The housekeeper/cook of the house, as well as her assistant, need to be hired, the daily rate of each of them is 300 reais. We only rent for up to 16 people, including children. There is a fee of R$1,000.00 (one thousand reais) per extra guest per day. Bed linen can be changed every 4 days, towels every 3 days. We do not provide beach towels.
