One bedroom apartment on the third floor, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend or a winter rental. The space This is a large third floor studio with an open concept design. There is an eat in kitchen with gas stove and granite counters, tv area and sleeping alcove with a queen memory foam mattress. There is plenty of room for a single or a couple to relax in whatever the season. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower attachment. Efficient natural gas heat for cooler temps and A/C keeps you cool in the summer. The stairs are a little narrow, and steeep, keep that in mind when you pack your suitcases. : D. They may not be appropriate if you have mobility issues. Private deck with seasonal water views. no smoking or vaping , no pets. Guest access You have the entire third floor apartment. It is an open concept space. Kitchen has gas stove and granite counters , table and chairs for dining, or workspace. Bed is a queen with memory foam mattress. Apartment has a private rooftop deck. During the winter we do require access to clear snow. It's a lovely spot to sit on a clear winter day. Other things to note Ideal for a single traveler or a couple. Not appropriate for children. Parking off-street . From May to December additional parking is allowed on the street. During winter we will require access to remove snow from the deck in the event of a snowstorm. No Smoking or vaping . This is on the third floor and may not be appropriate if you have mobility issues. We also have a ful house generator that will guarantee you will never be without power, no matter what the weather brings. Fast wi-fi for remote work or study.
