The space Ideal Chalet for Families and Groups This chalet, built in March 2004, is located on a 1,000 m² plot and is perfect for 3-4 couples, a couple of children (aged 2 to 12), and a baby (up to 2 years old). Bedrooms: Master bedroom: double bed (1.35 m) + crib (60x1.20 m) available upon request and depending on availability. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: two single beds (0.90 m) in each room. Common area: sofa bed available for children up to 1.50 m (installed when there are more than 8 guests). Indoor Features: Fully equipped kitchen with American-style breakfast bar connecting to the dining area. Living room with chaise longue sofa. Indoor bathroom with two showers with non-slip slate flooring. Outdoor toilet near the pool, so you don’t have to enter the house from the garden. Outdoor Area and Pool: Designer pool (5x12 m), fenced, with Roman steps and integrated sunbathing area. Steps finished with anti-slip mosaic tiles and a colored strip for added safety, visible even at night. Built-in barbecue, outdoor furniture (sofa and armchairs), and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. Ideal environment to disconnect, surrounded by nature, pine trees, and close to the beach. Location and Amenities: All windows are double-glazed and have mosquito screens. Key handover includes full explanation of the house and its features. We are available to provide advice and useful information about the area. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Only 4 km from the beach and near pharmacy, supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, Supeco, Día), La Barrosa promenade, church, and medical center. Public transport available, though a car is recommended for exploring the area. There are also bike lanes. Additional Information: Early check-in or late check-out available for a proportional extra fee (subject to availability). July and August: rental from Monday to Sunday. (There are no shared areas at all; everything is private and very intimate). Other things to note This chalet is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, so sit back, unwind, and make the most of your stay! Located in a privileged area of Pinar de los Guisos, surrounded by pine trees. It’s a real treat to take a nap in the shade of the pines, right by the pool. The access road to the house is unpaved; it’s a dirt road (240 m). The water is NOT potable, but we provide free water for all our guests.
