- We offer self-catering accommodation - Bed linens and bath towels - You will be welcomed to the property and informed of everything you need to know to enjoy your stay on the island. - A full description of all amenities and any guidelines to be followed during your stay will be shared with you by our team member - Possibility to rent a car (extra charge) The space Hibiscus2 is a gorgeous, renovated home with an open plan shabby chic design. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room connected to the dining room, which has a TV and free wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, plates, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, all dishes and dishes. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom, plus a shared bathroom with a toilet. On the same level there is a large terrace with a private pool, dining table, sun loungers and charcoal grill. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and an exit to the rooftop terrace. Guest access Hibiscus 2 sits on a small, picturesque Xaghra hill with breathtaking views. The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes on foot, within 7 minutes walking distance to restaurants with local food, several shops and bars, so a pleasant atmosphere is guaranteed. Easy access to the biggest attractions of Gozo. Public transportation is only 20 meters from the property, but please ask if you want to rent a car or motorbike to drive around the area and explore all the island has to offer. Beautiful beaches such as Ramla Bay (2 km from the property) Marsalforn 2.6 km There are many shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and diving centers located along the coast. To the northwest are the gorgeous bays of Qbajjar and Xwejni, much quieter but no less scenic. Other things to note Check in / out • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM, and check-in time is from 4:00 PM. During high season, these times cannot be changed. AC on extra charge ( coin meter ) Upon check-out: • Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. We do not require cleaning of windows or floors but kitchen need to be swept. All dishes, cutlery, and kitchen appliances, BBQ must be cleaned. If you don’t like to wash dishes – switch on a dishwasher on check out (we will leave 2 dishwasher tablets for you). All trash must be taken out to garbage storage place (ask our reception for it). If we find a mess or unwashed items, we will charge an additional fee: * If dirty dishes are left: €50 cleaning fee * * If the house is left messy: €150 extra cleaning fee * Leave the house key in the same place where you found it. We provide: • 2 towels per person (1 big + 1 small) for home use only • 2 kitchen towels + 1 sponge • 2 dishwasher tablets • garbage bags for arrival day • 1 bath soap per person on the day of accommodation 20ml /30ml We do not provide: • Food or drinks for your stay or arrival • salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, or hand soap, bath soap, hair shampoo. • BBQ charcoal • plug adapters (we use UK-style sockets) Change of bed linen • As you're renting a fully equipped villa with a washing machine - towels are not changed during your stay. Bed linen is changed every 8 nights (on request only). •If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, please contact us for a quote. Eco Tax: • Applies to all guests aged 18+ - €0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of €5 per stay. Payable in cash on site at check-in, collected by one of our staff members. Complaints & Refunds • Most of our houses are located near open fields. Please be aware: • No compensation will be given for the presence of lizards, mice, ants, cockroaches, or other occasional visitors •We perform regular pest control, but some situations are beyond our control• Must be reported to the owners immediately after arrive. • Some repairs rely on third-party services and may take several days — no compensation will be given for such delays. In this case, we understand this to include: air conditioning repair, gas stove repair, pool pump repair, water pressure pump, refrigerator, washing machine, and similar equipment. This also includes interruptions in the supply of water, electricity, or internet. •No refunds or compensation will be issued for complaints made after the end of the stay, especially if the issue was not reported during the stay or the owners were not given the chance to resolve it. Damage deposit • Security deposit: €500 If any damage occurs during the stay, Airbnb may charge the guest after reviewing the case and evidence provided. We do not handle this deposit ourselves — it is fully managed through the Airbnb platform.
